Extra space welcome

Larry and Mary Dahlia had been renting an apartment in Tustin when they decided to buy.
They had been looking for two to three months before they found their 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Orange.
Larry, 31, who works in software quality control, and Mary, 28, who works in Christian education, have a 22-month-old daughter, Arianna.
“We primarily got tired of annual rent increases,” said Larry, “But extra space is nice.”
