SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council has approved creation of a no stopping zone on El Camino Real south of Spring Street, eliminating two parking spaces next to the mission. The council approved the action despite local concerns over the continued reduction of parking spaces in the downtown area. The council also approved a time restricted stopping zone on the south side of Spring Street. Information: (949) 493-1171.
