CYPRESS
The City Council will begin updating its General Plan for development. At a workshop Monday, the council discussed future development issues on which to focus, such as attracting more businesses and improving recreational opportunities. The General Plan was last updated in 1993. The new update is to be completed by June 30, 2000.
