Volunteers are needed to help stage the combined FloJo Memorial Half-Marathon and Leisure World Senior 5K run May 31. Tasks include staffing sign-up and registration tables, parking, water stations and a pancake breakfast. Timekeepers also will be needed. The annual 5K, open to those 50 and older, has partnered this year with the inaugural FloJo Memorial event that honors late track star Florence Griffith Joyner. Proceeds will benefit the Saddleback Memorial Foundation and the FloJo Memorial Community Empowerment Foundation. Information: (949) 597-4482.
