Sheriff’s Department Requests Public’s Help in Finding 4

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people.

Kevin Scott Higgenbotham was convicted of violating his probation and committing sex crimes against victims younger than 16 years old.

Higgenbotham was last known to have lived on Sunset Place in Ojai. He worked in telecommunications.

Higgenbotham is white, 27, 6 feet 2, 180 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.

Robert Loughman, also known as Robert Medina, Jose Zamora Jr. and Kirk Loughman, was arrested by deputies in Ojai on suspicion of possessing narcotics and being under the influence of drugs. He has failed to appear twice, officials said.

Loughman, 28, was last known to have lived in the 200 block of Park Road in Ojai. He was a mobile car detailer in Ojai.

Loughman is white, 5 feet 8, 160 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He has numerous tattoos, including “Camarillo” on his neck and “Medina” on his right arm.

Laurie Jean Roman was arrested by Port Hueneme police on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of narcotics. She failed to appear in court, officials said.

Roman, 37, was last known to have lived in the 2500 block of Tiller Avenue in Port Hueneme. Her last known job was as a telemarketer.

Roman is Latina, 5 feet, 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She has scars on her face.

Monica Elizabeth Weaver was convicted of possession of narcotics and forgery and placed on probation. She allegedly violated the terms of her probation.

Weaver, 24, was last known to have lived in the 4400 block of Justin Way in Oxnard.

Weaver is white, 5 feet 9, 150 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. She has “Smile now, cry later” tattooed on her left shoulder, dots on each hand and a peacock on her left ankle.
