CYPRESS

Cypress residents who are unemployed or underemployed can take advantage of free daytime computing classes beginning in September at the Cypress campus of the School of Continuing Education. The classes, part of the Workforce Training Program, are designed to prepare students to enter the work force or upgrade to a better job. Each of the 12-week courses begins the week of Sept. 13 and will be held one day a week from 8 to 10 a.m. The campus office is located off Parking Lot 4 at Cypress College, 9200 Valley View St., between Lincoln and Orange avenues.
