LAGUNA HILLS
The final Concert in the Park, sponsored by the city’s Recreation Department, will feature the reggae and calypso sounds of Upstream. The free concert is Aug. 22 at Costeau Park. The band will play from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Concert-goers are encouraged to bring picnics, chairs and blankets.
