FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The Fountain Valley School District board agreed on seven short-term goals to work on during the 1999-2000 school year.
The goals are: promote greater involvement by all students in extracurricular activities; create uniform and equitable guidelines and fees for the cheerleading and elective programs; expand the volunteer recognition program; remodel the back boardroom wall; create a new district logo; find ways to alleviate traffic and parking problems at school sites; and work with psychologists to make sure counseling services include regular-education students.
