The City Council on Monday once again will search for an answer to the parking and noise problems associated with the Cottonwood Christian Center. At the city’s urging, the center recently started using a sign reading “Lot Full” to keep incoming vehicles from roaming the parking lot looking for empty spaces. Also, the area in front of the church is now used as a drop-off-only zone. The council meets at 7 p.m. at 3191 Katella Ave.
