More Than $21 Million Raised
Since 1954, the Times Camp Fund has raised more than $21 million to send more than 300,000 Southland children to camp.
Because The Times absorbs the cost of camp fund administration and Bank of America donates accounting services, all donations are used for camperships.
It costs an average of $125 for a child to have a week at a summer camp. Unless donors request otherwise, donations of $25 or more are listed each Tuesday in Southern California Living.
Readers may send donations, which are tax-deductible, to the Times Summer Camp Fund, File No. 53401, Los Angeles, CA 90074-3401.
