LOS ALAMITOS
It started more than 20 years ago with a lonely priest in Paris who couldn’t find a single place open on Christmas Day. He vowed that would never happen again to him or any of his parishioners back home in Los Alamitos.
This year, St. Hedwig Church will be hosting its 20th annual Christmas dinner from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 25 in Quinn Hall. For those who have nowhere else to go, this is the ideal environment, with music, fun and good cheer. Food, gift donations and volunteers are needed.
