The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Tuesday:

BREA

* Birch Street: A petty theft was reported in the 100 block at 1:46 p.m. Monday.

* Birch Street at Flower Avenue: An injury traffic accident was reported at 4:01 p.m. Monday.

* Brea Mall: A burglary was reported in the 300 block at 4:29 p.m. Monday.

FULLERTON

* Associated Road: A burglary was reported in the 2600 block at 2:51 p.m. Monday.

* East Chapman Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 2700 block at 10:17 a.m. Monday.

* East Commonwealth Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 1800 block at 8:39 p.m. Monday.

* North Harbor Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 1600 block at 4:05 p.m. Monday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Hazard Avenue: Police arrested a Harbor City man and a Huntington Beach teen on suspicion of auto theft and home burglaries in the 9600 block at 3:10 a.m. Wednesday.

LA HABRA

* North College Street: A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 600 block at 2:27 a.m. Friday.

* Briercliff Drive: A structure fire was reported in the 900 block at 11:28 a.m. Thursday.

ORANGE

* East Katella Avenue: A report of shoplifting in the 1000 block at 6:11 p.m. Thursday.

* East Twinleaf Trail: A report of a theft from a car in the 7000 block at 9 p.m. Thursday.

PLACENTIA

* Cameron Street: A burglary was reported in the 500 block at 7:52 a.m. Monday.

* Canard Avenue: A stolen vehicle was reported in the 1700 block at 2:12 p.m. Monday.

* Kingston Road: A grand theft was reported in the 1600 block at 1:03 p.m. Monday.

SANTA ANA

* South Lyon Street: A Santa Ana man was arrested for delaying officers who were responding to a report of loud music in the 1000 block at 10:40 p.m. Friday.

* South Bristol Street: A grand theft in the 3300 block Friday was reported.

TUSTIN

* Newport Avenue: A car was reported vandalized in the 14000 block at 12:54 a.m. Monday.

* Tustin East Drive: A car was reported stolen in the 13000 block at 6 a.m. Monday.

YORBA LINDA

* Orchard Drive at Richfield Road: A grand theft was reported at 7:15 a.m. Monday.

* Rich Hill Way: Malicious mischief was reported in the 5700 block at 8:48 a.m. Monday.

* Via del Valle: A petty theft was reported in the 4400 block at 3:56 p.m. Monday.
