David Hockney speaks! The subject is not his own deliciously inventive, color-rich paintings but his long professional connection with Sidney Felsen, co-owner of Los Angeles print workshop Gemini G.E.L. A 25-year sampler of Felsen’s photographs of guest artists at Gemini is at the University Art Museum, Cal State Long Beach (through April 25). The conversation with Joni Moisant Weyl, Felsen’s wife, moderated by gallery director Constance Glenn, will be at Carpenter Performing Art Center on campus.
