All five starters for Long Beach State (12-14, 9-7 Big West) scored double digits, with D’Cean Bryant scoring 17.

With the victory, Long Beach is second seeded for the conference tournament next week. Pacific is third seeded.

The 49ers shot 56.7% from the field in the first half as they raced to a 44-34 lead. Lloyd had 10 of his points in the first half. Antrone Lee scored 10 of his 12 points in the first half.

Pacific (14-12, 9-7) came back behind Jason Williams, who finished with 25 points and 11 rebounds. He scored 12 consecutive points in a 15-2 run to pull the Tigers to 66-59 with 6:14 left in the game.

But Bryant followed with three-pointer and then hit a long jump shot to put the 49ers back in control.
