CALIFORNIA BAPTIST (9-4) at LOYOLA MARYMOUNT (4-7), 3 p.m., KXLU-FM (88.9)--Loyola faces a rusty NAIA opponent--Cal Baptist hasn’t played since Dec. 16--after losing its last three games--to Utah, Xavier and UCLA--by an average of 35 points. The Lions, who open West Coast Conference play Thursday at Gonzaga, were overwhelmed by UCLA in Tuesday night’s 92-67 loss, making only 36.7% of their shots and losing the rebound battle, 48-36. Willie Allen led Loyola with 18 points against UCLA.
