If parking seems even more scarce at Saddleback College, it’s because enrollment is up 3% this semester. As of Monday, 20,149 students had signed up for classes--up from 19,561 last year--and applications are still being accepted. The admissions office is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 23, the application deadline. Information: (949) 582-4320.
