* Four Media Co., a provider of technical and creative services to the television and film industries, said Warburg, Pincus Equity Partners agreed to buy a 51% stake for about $80 million. Burbank-based Four Media said proceeds will be used for acquisitions and general business purposes. Shares of Four Media rose $1.13 to close at $8 on Nasdaq.
