LAGUNA NIGUEL
The City Council last week approved implementing a new zoning code and zoning map, which would replace individual “mini” zoning ordinances in communities with one set of citywide regulations.
The zoning code will be adopted at the Feb. 2 City Council meeting and will be in effect by mid-April, officials said.
