The city will welcome four police officers to the force Friday. Juan Delgado Carrillo, Mark Robinson Clemons, Mark Andrew Ellis and Joel Martin Nigro are graduating from the Golden West College Criminal Justice Training Center Basic Police Academy. The officers will begin a field training program before being assigned to work solo.
