OUTDOOR CELEBRATION: As part of the 11th annual “Touch the World Crusade,” Antelope Valley Christian Outreach Church will present “Saturday in the Park,” with performances by D.J. Rogers, Trenora Parker and the Cathedral Choir, the Hush Company and the Antelope Valley Interdenominational Choir from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Jane Reynolds Park, 716 W. Oldfield St., Lancaster. Nonperishable food items will be given to about 500 needy people expected to attend. Crusade services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the church, 44748 N. Elm Ave. All events are free. PRAYER SUPPORT: Centering Prayer Support Group, for those new to meditative practices as well as daily meditators, will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Holy Spirit Retreat Center, 4316 Lanai Road, Encino. WOODWIND CONCERT: A woodwind quartet, the Prevailing Winds, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Spirit Retreat Center, 4316 Lanai Road, Encino. WORSHIP OUTDOORS: Shabbat Under the Stars, a worship service with a casual theme begins at 7:30 p.m. every Friday in an outdoor chapel throughout the summer at Leo Baeck Temple, 300 N. FAMILY FESTIVAL: A Family Fun Festival featuring crafts, pony rides, games, a raffle, food and beverages, will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 10 at First Baptist Church, 5737 Fallbrook Ave., Woodland Hills.
