FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The City Council recently approved the creation of a field services manager position to coordinate projects in the Public Works Department. Previously, two superintendents split the responsibilities. Field services is the city’s second-largest department, with more than 60 employees and a $95-million operating budget. The new manager will earn up to $6,741 per month and oversee a number of operations.
