MISSION VIEJO
A physical disability--temporary or permanent--should not stop anyone from staying in shape. That’s the philosophy behind a series of classes this summer at Saddleback College. The classes--water exercise and general fitness--are for people with physical problems caused by an accident, surgery, stroke or illness, and will be offered from July 6 to Aug. 14. The Adapted Personalized Fitness class is scheduled from 1:40 to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The Adapted Water Exercise and Swimming class will meet from 11:30 a.m. to 1:35 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Information: (949) 582-4885.
