The City Council has approved creation of a tax dictrict to raise revenue for street lighting and park maintenance. The assessments will bring in nearly $2 million in revenue. The cost to operate and maintain citywide street lighting is about $1.4 million annually and about $1.3 million for operating and maintaining parks. Information: (714) 741-5035.
