Girl Drowns in Pool After Head Is Caught in Drain

ALEXANDRIA, Ind. —
A 10-year-old girl drowned after getting her head caught in a suction drain in the city pool.
Police and firefighters broke the drain pipe and freed Harmony L. Tobin, but she had already been underwater for several minutes. She was pronounced dead at a hospital Monday.
Harmony was an experienced swimmer who had participated in local swimming leagues.
