Beginning July 1, all students entering seventh grade in public or private school will be required to show immunization documentation that includes a series of hepatitis B inoculations and a second dose of measles vaccine. Measles vaccinations are initially required before starting elementary school. School district officials, complying with state mandates, said the requirement applies to all students entering, advancing to, transferring into and/or repeating the seventh grade. The required immunization record must indicate the date of each inoculation. Information: (714) 447-7502.
