FULLERTON
Cal State Fullerton launches Women’s History Month today with “Strange Days: Pleasure, Sex and Gender in Technology,” one of several scheduled events that explore and embrace womanhood.
Other events include a panel discussion Thursday on the role and status of women in other countries, a lecture March 10 on Title IX and women’s opportunities in sports, and a talk March 25 by activist, scholar and writer Angela Davis.
“Strange Days” begins at noon today in the University Hall, Room 205, Cal State Fullerton. For information on other events, call the university women’s center at (714) 278-3928.
