* Soroptimist International of Camarillo is hosting an enchilada sale to benefit the Interface Children Family Services Domestic Violence Program. Church Plans ‘Time and Talent’ Fair

* The United Methodist Church of Westlake Village will hold a “Time and Talent” fair, featuring the sale of goods and services to benefit community organizations, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today at 1049 S. Westlake Blvd. Baked goods, crafts and other items will be available, with proceeds to benefit programs such as the Fitzgerald House, Hospice of the Conejo, Many Mansions and Ventura County Habitat for Humanity. Bands to Raise Funds for Ailing Musician

* Poncho Sanchez and his Latin Jazz Band, the Pontiac Blues Band and the Estrada Brothers Latin Jazz Sextet will be among groups performing in a music festival to support the Ruben Estrada Benefit Fund, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at the Performing Arts Center, 800 Hobson Way, Oxnard. Officers to Work for Special Tips

Dinner and Auction at Ventura Elks Lodge

Run to Aid Programs for At-Risk Youths

* City Impact will host its fifth annual Impact Run at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Oxnard Police Activities League track and field, at the old Oxnard High School, 300 South K St. Participants will raise pledge money to support counseling, mentoring, educational and outreach programs for at-risk youth and their families. Concert to Raise Funds for Outrigger Club

Annual Camarillo Benefit Run Coming Up

* The 21st annual Camarillo Kiwanis 10K and 5K Run, to benefit local high school scholarship and community service programs, will be held April 3 in Camarillo Heights and central Camarillo. Registration will begin at 6:30 a.m. The 5K race in central Camarillo will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the 10K run in Camarillo Heights will start at 8 a.m. $17 advance, $20 on race day. Sorority to Present Ebony Fashion Fair

* The Xi Kappa Omega chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority will present the 41st annual Ebony Fashion Fair beginning with a pre-show reception at 6:30 p.m. April 6 in the Oxnard High School auditorium, 3400 W. Gonzales Road. The “Fashions to Love” show, produced by Ebony magazine, will feature clothing by Bill Blass, Bob Mackie, Yves Saint Laurent and other designers. Youth Club Plans Memorial Golf Event

* The Boys & Girls Club of Ventura will hold its 27th annual Financial Focus--David Hitch Memorial Golf Classic April 7 at the Soule Park Golf Course, 1033 E. Ojai Ave., Ojai. Theater Group to Present ‘We Are Here’

* The Ventura Jewish Theatre Group will present a benefit production of “We Are Here” at 2 and 7 p.m. April 11 at the Ventura College Theater, 4667 Telegraph Road. The play follows the life of a boy from Kristallnacht in Berlin, to Auschwitz, to Brooklyn, to Los Angeles and to Christmas Eve 1999 at the Western Wall in Jerusalem. The play is not intended for young children. Proceeds will benefit the Museum of Tolerance program for Ventura schools, the Ventura College Orchestra and the Ralph Moses Music Fund. $18 general, $15 seniors and students. Information: 647-7800.

Intervention Program Plans Tennis Clinic

* Child Abuse and Neglect, a prevention, intervention and treatment program of Interface Children Family Services, will sponsor a pro tennis exhibition and clinic beginning at 9 a.m. April 11 at the Spanish Hills Golf and Country Club, 999 Crestview Ave., Camarillo. The program, featuring tennis touring pros Bob and Mike Bryan, will include breakfast, a demonstration and clinic, and singles and doubles exhibitions. $65 for the entire event; $20 adults, $10 for youth 18 and younger for the exhibition only; $20 for breakfast only.
