Sheriff’s Department Seeks Help Locating 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted for alleged crimes that include failure to show up for a drug-diversion program and probation violation.

Enrique Najera Hernandez, 22, was arrested by Oxnard police on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence of dangerous drugs. He was released from jail and ordered to attend a drug diversion course, which deputies said he failed to do.

Hernandez’s last known address was in the 4500 block of Clover Street in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 8, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Luis Javier Magana, 26, was arrested last August on suspicion of burglary. He was released from jail on his promise to appear in court, which deputies said he failed to do.

Magana was last known to have lived in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue in Thousand Oaks.

He is Latino, 5 feet 6, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Sara Sanchez, 32, was convicted of welfare fraud and placed on probation. Deputies said she has failed to comply with its terms. Sanchez was last known to have lived in the Colonia area of Oxnard. She is Latina, 5 feet 6, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anthony Emilio Gonzales, 21, was convicted of burglary and placed on probation. Deputies said he has violated its terms.

Gonzales’ last known address was in the 2300 block of Montrose Street in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 6, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. “CH” is tattooed on his right arm, a man and woman on his left arm.
