The Times Orange County publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

ANAHEIM

* North Beach Boulevard: Report of prostitution in the 200 block at 12:09 a.m. Saturday.

* North Euclid Street: Report of a grand theft in the 500 block at 9:34 a.m. Saturday.

BREA

* Imperial Highway: A petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 9:55 a.m. Sunday.

* Viking Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 100 block at 12:30 p.m. Sunday.

* Brea Mall: A petty theft was reported at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

BUENA PARK

* La Palma Avenue: Someone stole four hubcaps off a car in the 8100 block; reported at 3:31 p.m. Thursday.

* Valley View Street: A caller at 3:34 p.m. Thursday reported spotting juveniles smoking drugs on the roof of a building in the 8300 block. The police were unable to locate the youths.

* Orangethorpe Avenue: Report of a BB hole in a window at 3:45 p.m. Thursday.

* Poppy Way: A caller in the 8300 block requested extra police patrol after reporting at 5:39 p.m. Thursday that someone had thrown several rocks through the front window.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Ellis at Brookhurst Street: During a routine traffic stop at 9:05 p.m. Sunday, police arrested a man who had a warrant out for his arrest for statutory rape.

* Brookhurst Street at Warner Avenue: A police squad car was rear-ended while waiting for a green light at 10:50 p.m. Saturday. When the officer went to investigate, he found a nude man in the driver’s seat; the man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

* Talbert Avenue: Someone stole a $1,500 guitar from the Living Waters Fellowship in the 9800 block; reported at 11:15 a.m. Thursday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Haster Street: A chase ensued after a driver failed to pull over for police in the 12500 block at 6:45 p.m. Sunday. The driver crashed into a house and fled; a passenger was taken into custody. The car turned out to be a stolen vehicle from Tustin. Police searched unsuccessfully for the driver.

* Marty Lane: Report of shots fired in the 13300 block at 12 a.m. Sunday. At a home in the area, police found seven gang members and confiscated a 20-gauge shotgun, a .25-caliber semiautomatic handgun, magazines for a “Tec-9” semiautomatic pistol and photos of the suspects displaying the weapons. Police also found methamphetamine packaged for sale.

* Haster Street at Chapman Avenue: Police arrested a man on suspicion of armed robbery at 11:30 p.m. Sunday after a report of someone being robbed at gunpoint. Police connected the man to several incidents in Anaheim.

* Casa Linda Lane: Police confiscated about 1 1/2 ounces of methamphetamine and sales paraphernalia from an apartment in the 13000 block at 2:30 p.m. Friday.

* Brookhurst Street: A man was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon at 4 p.m. Friday after police said he struck another man over the head with a metal object during a fight at a barber shop in the 14200 block. The injured man was transported to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he was treated for a head injury.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Koledo Lane: Report of 20 gang members in an alley between Koledo and Queens lanes blocking traffic at 9:12 p.m. Saturday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Stageline Drive: A mailbox was knocked over and broken in the 25200 block between 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 6:15 a.m. Sunday.

* Ronda del Rossmoor at La Plata Drive: Deputies recovered a 1994 Honda that was reported stolen April 19. The vehicle was found abandoned at 7:20 a.m. Sunday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Town Center Drive: A business in the 30100 block was broken into and about $500 in coins was stolen from a video game; reported at 10:45 a.m. Thursday. The burglars also attempted to break into other video games without success.

LA HABRA

* North Idaho Street: Report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 200 block at 7:38 a.m. Sunday.

* East 2nd Avenue: Report of an auto theft in the 100 block at 3:37 p.m. Sunday.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Farquhar Avenue at Rochelle Street: Report of an illegally parked vehicle at 10:45 p.m. Saturday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Crown Valley Parkway: A shoplifter was caught in a retail store in the 27000 block at 7:10 p.m. Friday. The person was cited for theft and released.

ORANGE

* East Washington Avenue: Report of an assault with a knife in the 700 block at 11:11 a.m. Saturday.

PLACENTIA

* Allegheny Way: A burglary was reported in the 200 block at 9:52 a.m. Sunday.

* Chapman Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 200 block at 1:15 p.m. Sunday.

* Kauai Lane: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 11:34 p.m. Saturday.

SANTA ANA

* 17th and Newhope streets: Report of a hit-and-run at 3:30 p.m. Monday.

SEAL BEACH

* Scioto Road: Report of indecent exposure at 3:22 p.m. Friday. A man who was not wearing any pants was seen jumping over the wall out of Leisure World.

* Seal Beach Boulevard: A woman was robbed while sitting in her car at Rossmoor Center at 5:46 p.m. Friday. The robber hit her on the head from behind and knocked her out. When she woke up, her watch, bracelet, gold earrings and $160 in cash were missing.

TUSTIN

* Newport Boulevard: Two men, one armed with a shotgun, held up a mortgage business in the 13700 block at 11 a.m. Monday. They took the wallet of one of the workers and fled in a white car.

* Irvine Boulevard: Report of a commercial burglary in the 18000 block at 4:03 p.m. Monday.

WESTMINSTER

* Bolsa Avenue: Four men were arrested in connection with a robbery in the 9400 block that yielded about $300 at 10:30 a.m. Monday. Police said the men grabbed a woman’s purse and fled. Police followed their vehicle and made the arrests. Police said they found evidence in the car of other robberies.

YORBA LINDA

* Oakcrest Circle: A petty theft was reported in the 22000 block at 3:39 a.m. Sunday.

* Norcris Lane: A grand theft was reported in the 5200 block at 7:16 a.m. Saturday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Tamarac Place: Two 30-year-olds got into an argument and one ended up assaulting the other in the 100 block at 1 a.m. Sunday.

* Aliso Creek Road: Two lockers were broken into and all the contents were stolen in the 27000 block; reported at 2 p.m. Friday.

* Amber: A 39-year-old man was cut on the head when he was assaulted in the 100 block at 7:30 p.m. Friday.

FOOTHILL RANCH

* Carillon Place: A CD player was reported stolen from a locked car in the 24000 block at 8:35 a.m. Friday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Monday: Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fullerton, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, La Palma, Newport Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park.
