BREA
The city has joined with Cal State Fullerton’s Institute for Economic and Environmental Studies to study the economy, demographics, land use and quality of life in north Orange County. The results will be used to develop business plans and strategies for area cities.
Brea’s Redevelopment Agency will sponsor the comprehensive economic assessment, and the city will contribute $3,000 to the $30,000 project, which will be completed in March. Buena Park, Fullerton, La Habra, Placentia and Yorba Linda also will help fund the study.
