Once again I must protest. There is no reason that any of us should feel compelled to produce a meal in 10 minutes (“The Last Minute”). There is a direct correlation between the amount of time spent in preparing a meal and the time taken to ingest it. I realize that busy schedules necessitate alternatives to hours in the kitchen, but with careful planning and a commitment to family dinner time, things like Minute Rice, high-sodium canned junk and “store-bought frozen potato wedges” can be eliminated.
