The family of a missing man who recently suffered a stroke and may be despondent, are appealing for the public’s help in locating him.
Apparently upset, Hong Yong Kil left his residence in the 4200 block of West 7th Street about 8 p.m. Tuesday, police said. He was last seen by a neighbor, who said Kill was accompanied by two unidentified men, they said.
Kil is described as being of Korean descent, 5-foot-10, with a medium build and weighing 135 pounds.
Police said that, as a result of a stroke, Kil is paralyzed on his right side and walks with a cane.
He was last seen wearing a green jacket, gray sweat pants, a yellow shirt and brown shoes, police said, adding that Kill is also on medication.
