Matt Suttle, Fillmore football coach the past two seasons, has resigned in order to concentrate on his duties as baseball coach. No replacement has been selected.

The Flashes were 3-7 and went winless in Tri-Valley League play this season. They were also 3-7 in 1998, including a 1-3 mark in league play.

Suttle, who took over the Fillmore baseball team last spring, hopes to serve as an assistant for the football team next season.
