3.5 Earthquake Rattles Washington, Oregon

WASHINGTON —
A magnitude 3.5 earthquake shook Washington and Oregon on Thursday but caused no damage or injuries, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The temblor hit at 6:46 a.m. and was centered near the Washington-Oregon state line, 15 miles north of Salem, Ore., said Trudy Harlow, a spokeswoman for the geological survey.
