Sheriff’s Department Seeks Public’s Help in Locating 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people wanted for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Audra Slone, 28, who also uses the last name Focht, allegedly violated terms of her probation on a conviction for welfare fraud.

Slone last lived in the 100 block of Oak Street in Ventura and last worked at a fast-food restaurant in Ventura.

She is white, 5 feet 9, 165 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Kimberly Eckert, 41, was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and released from jail on her promise to appear in court, which she allegedly failed to do.

Eckert last lived in the 800 block of Erbes Road in Thousand Oaks. She is white, 5 feet 7, 145 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anita Anaya Banuelos, who also uses the alias Anita Guillen, 31, has allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for petty theft.

She last lived in the 3300 block of Orange Drive in Oxnard. She is Latina, 5 feet, 120 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She has a scar on her left cheek.

Tammy Chanel Banks, also known as Tammy Allen, 32, allegedly violated her probation on two convictions for writing bad checks. Additionally, she allegedly failed to appear for sentencing on a third unrelated bad-check conviction.

She last lived in the 1200 block of Carlsbad Street in Ventura. She is black, 5 feet 11, 160 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
