Highland 19, Lancaster 6--Kevin Morris caught two touchdown passes and set up a third score for the Bulldogs at Lancaster.
Highland (5-3, 3-0) took the lead for good on the second play from scrimmage when reserve quarterback Andrew Vasquez caught a screen pass and then threw to Morris to complete a 90-yard scoring play.
Morris gave the Bulldogs a 13-3 halftime lead with a one-yard touchdown catch from Jeremy White with 33 seconds left in the second quarter. Morris finished with three catches for 134 yards and had 47 yards rushing in 12 carries.
White completed eight of 11 passes for 95 yards and two touchdowns, including a 15-yard scoring pass to Tyrone Brown midway through the third quarter.
Robert LaPlante kicked field goals of 37 and 36 yards for Lancaster (2-6, 1-2).
Lancaster’s Tony Ortiz rushed for 107 yards in 17 carries.
