Public Asked to Help Sheriff’s Dept. Track Down 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people wanted on outstanding search warrants.

Ronnie Scott Perfect was charged with spousal abuse and endangering a child, and a warrant was issued in April.

His last known address was in the 3000 block of Lockwood Court in Simi Valley, and he has also lived in Fillmore. He worked as a self-employed painter.

Perfect is white, 37, 5 feet 9, 175 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a rose on his left shoulder.

Toni Secilio Cano, also known as Antonio Cano, was convicted of burglary. He is wanted for violating the terms of his probation, authorities said.

He was last known to live on the 500 block of Merritt Avenue in Camarillo.

Cano is Latino, 20, 5 feet 6, 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Harrell Blayne Hobbs was arrested in February and charged with drug possession and being under the influence of drugs. He failed to appear in court.

He was last known to live on the 300 block of Lemon Way in Fillmore.

He is white, 43, 6 feet 3, 225 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a rose on his left arm, and of a mouse with the name “Lindsey” on his right arm.

Daniel Flores was arrested and charged with drug possession, driving under the influence and giving a false name to a police officer.

In addition, he has two misdemeanor warrants for probation violations on previous drug convictions.

His last known address was in the 200 block of Sierra Vista Avenue in Fillmore, though he may now be staying in the San Fernando Valley, authorities said.

He is Latino, 28, 5 feet 6, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo of three women on his left arm, and the name “Elma” on his chest.
