THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

BREA

* East Buchanan Court: A grand theft was reported in the 800 block at 11:01 p.m. Friday.

CYPRESS

* Avenida Sevilla: A petty theft was reported in the 4000 block at 5:38 p.m. Wednesday. Tools worth $250 to $300 were stolen from an open garage at the residence.

DANA POINT

* Pacific Coast Highway: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 34000 block at 12:51 a.m. Sunday.

FULLERTON

* South Lemon Street: A burglary was reported in the 1000 block at 3:31 p.m. Thursday.

* West Commonwealth: A robbery was reported in the 700 block at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Estock Drive and Sungrove Circle: Police spotted a suspicious car parked near Warren Elementary School at 11 p.m. Saturday. During the investigation, a door opened and the police smelled marijuana smoke. The car turned out to be stolen, and one juvenile was arrested on suspicion of auto theft.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Pacific Coast Highway: A bracelet worth $1,000 was reported stolen from a hotel in the 600 block at 5:31 p.m. Sunday.

LA HABRA

* West Highlander Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 800 block at 7:23 p.m. Wednesday.

ORANGE

* Chapman Avenue at Vine Street: An abandoned vehicle was reported at 12:12 a.m. Saturday.

* Chapman Avenue at Crawford Canyon Road: An abandoned vehicle was reported at 7:49 p.m. Saturday.

PLACENTIA

* South Bradford Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 200 block at 1:59 p.m. Saturday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* South El Camino Real: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 3000 block at 9:34 a.m. Sunday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Paseo Del Lucero: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 32000 block at 6:20 a.m. Sunday.

VILLA PARK

* Taft Avenue at Fern Avenue: A reckless driver was reported at 3:06 p.m. Saturday.

YORBA LINDA

* La Palma Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 22200 block at 8:01 a.m. Saturday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release reports Monday: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin and Westminster.
