Hart 48, Thousand Oaks 7--Kyle Matter passed for 306 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Indians at Thousand Oaks.
Matter, a 6-foot-3, 185-pound junior, completed 21 of 33 passes.
He threw touchdowns passes of 23 and four yards in the first half to Chris Ciccone, giving Hart (2-0) a 27-0 lead.
Matter threw third-quarter touchdown passes of 15 and 24 yards to Jared Bazar, extending the lead to 41-0. Matter did not play in the fourth quarter.
Bazar caught nine passes for 139 yards, Ciccone had four catches for 65 yards and Tim Gregory had 77 yards and two touchdowns in nine carries.
Thousand Oaks (0-2) trailed, 48-0, before David Nalbandian scored on a seven-yard run with 3:00 to play.
Hart rolled up 419 yards and held Thousand Oaks to 168.
