Huntington Beach City School District officials have reinstated a Perry Elementary School bus stop at Chapel Lane and Vallarta Drive. Parents of Perry and Moffett elementary schoolchildren urged the board to reinstate several bus routes eliminated last year to reduce transportation costs.
