* Michael Edell, president and CEO of jeTECH Data Systems Inc. in Camarillo, has joined the Young Presidents’ Organization. The group, an alliance of nearly 8,500 CEOs and senior executives from 71 countries, is designed for business professionals under age 44.

Edell, 36, founded jeTECH in 1983 to develop software for labor resource planning.

* Susie Hafer of Camarillo was given the Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, a nonprofit affiliate of the National Assn. of Realtors.

To receive the designation, Hafer completed advanced courses and demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.

She is associated with Fred Sands Mason-Churchill Realty in Camarillo.

* Rebecca A. H. Anwar has been voted president-elect of the National Assn. of Healthcare Consultants for 1999-2000.

She is a principal consultant with the Sage Group Inc., a consulting firm with corporate headquarters in Newbury Park and offices in Philadelphia, San Francisco and Chicago.

* Kim Morris of Newbury Park has been awarded the honorary title of regional vice president with PartyLite Gifts Inc., a direct sales marketer of candles and candle accessories. As regional vice president, Morris ranks among the top 1% of more than 28,000 independent consultants with PartyLite nationwide.

She began demonstrating PartyLite products as a consultant in 1997.

* Diana Hofmann, a partner with Infinity Financial Group in Ventura, has been elected to the board of managers of the Ventura Family YMCA. She is also a member of the Ventura Chamber of Commerce board of directors and secretary of the Ventura chapter of the American Red Cross.

* Hauser Inc. in Westlake Village has appointed Dale Frye chief operating officer.

Also appointed to positions in the company are Kurt Solland, senior designer; Andre de Salis, designer, and Oliver Duncan Seil, designer, and Mark Westcott, engineer.

Hauser Inc. is a product development and design consultant firm whose clients include Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Panasonic, Compaq, Motorola and Mitsubishi.

* Mike Belancsik has joined KADY-TV as operations manager.

A winner of more than 60 Addy Awards, he has been creative services director at Fox Network in Albuquerque, N. M., and executive producer at Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta.

* Donna E. Hartman has been named vice president for patient care services at Simi Valley Hospital. She had the position on an interim basis for the past eight months.

Hartman has been at the hospital since 1995.
