Linda Purl to Star in ‘The Little Foxes’

Actress Linda Purl will star in Rubicon Theatre Company’s production of “The Little Foxes,” which opens at the Laurel Theater on Saturday.

The Lillian Hellman play, which centers on a Southern family’s squabbles over profits from a cotton mill, will run Wednesdays through Saturdays until May 7.

Preview performances will be at 8 tonight and 2 p.m. Saturday. The Laurel Theater is at 1006 E. Main St.

Saturday night’s opening will benefit the Boys & Girls Club and the Rubicon’s outreach programs. A reception with the actors will take place after the performance.

Preview performances are $20 and $15 for students and seniors. Tickets for Saturday’s grand opening are $115 each. Afterward, weeknight and matinee performances are $27.50 for regular admission and $22.50 for students and seniors. Friday and Saturday night performances are $32.50 and $27.50 for students and seniors.
