Cruz Jr., Mays Head List of Former Lancaster Players in Major Leagues
Six former JetHawks are in the major leagues, including outfielder Jose Cruz Jr. in Toronto and pitcher Joe Mays in Minnesota.
Cruz and Mays are starters.
The Seattle Mariners, the major league affiliate of Class A Lancaster, have three former JetHawks, including pitcher Ken Cloude. Also with Seattle are Jordan Zimmerman and Rafael Carmona.
The other former JetHawk in the majors is Trey Moore in Montreal.
Ten former JetHawks are in triple A, including nine with Mariner affiliate Tacoma of the Pacific Coast League. One former JetHawk is with a different organization.

The JetHawks, who opened with a franchise-best 5-1 record, have several California League statistical leaders.
Right-hander Jeff Heaverlo is one of two pitchers in the league to win their first two starts and right-hander Brandon Parker has three saves in three appearances.
Outfielder Harvey Hargrove is second in batting at .474. Outfielder Juan Silvestre is third with eight runs batted in.
