Montana Joins SportsHabitat.com

Joe Montana, former star NFL quarterback, has joined SportsHabitat.com Inc. in Lake Forest as a business advisor.

* Christy White has joined Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services in Irvine as vice president of e-business solutions. Previously, White was vice president of e-commerce at SuperGroups.com.

* Barry J. Kamel has been elected to the board of directors of the Seniors Housing Council of Orange County. He previously served on the board from 1993-96. Kamel is president of the multifamily development division of Sares-Regis Group in Irvine.

* Susan Corrales-Diaz has been elected to the board of directors of the Automobile Club of Southern California. She is president and chief executive of Systems Integrated in Orange.

* Michael J. Helmuth has been appointed senior vice president and manager of Citizens Business Bank’s Katella office. He has been vice president and manager of the Fullerton and San Gabriel offices during the past six years. Kathy A. Dunn has been named vice president and manager of the Laguna Beach office. She was formerly vice president and manager of Eldorado Bank in Monarch Beach.

* Jane Metcalf has joined Horizon Medical Outsourcing in Santa Ana as vice president, quality assurance. Prior to joining the company, Metcalf was a private consultant for Allergan Inc.’s worldwide operations, and before that, was director of quality assurance for Millipore Corp.

* Summer Heying has been appointed account supervisor for Morgan Marketing & Public Relations in Irvine. She joined the firm in 1997 as an assistant account executive.

* Hurley C. Reed has been named chairman and chief executive of MPTV Inc. in Newport Beach. He has been with the company as an officer and director since 1993.

* Jim Brakke has been named chairman of the board of goapply.com, a Costa Mesa insurance provider. Brakke is president of Brakke-Schafnitz in Laguna Niguel, a homeowner and auto insurance provider.

* Carl O’Berry has been named to head the new Boeing Government Information & Communications Systems unit, part of the Boeing Co.’s Seal Beach-based Space and Communications Group. O’Berry was appointed vice president and general manager. He was formerly vice president and director of planning and information technology at Motorola Space and Systems Technology Group.
