Mayor Ingrid McGuire is scheduled Thursday to deliver her annual State of the City address at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort.
McGuire will discuss such issues as the proposed El Toro Airport, the Headlands planning process, water quality and urban runoff.
The speech is scheduled from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 25135 Park Lantern. Tickets are $15, which includes lunch. Information: (949) 496-1555.
