ANAHEIM
The City Council on Tuesday denied giving South Coast Cab Co. Inc. 115 taxicab permits. South Coast Cab Co. has repeatedly petitioned the council for permits, but has never obtained them. A Taxi Cab Co. and Anaheim Yellow Cabs hold all the taxicab permits in Anaheim.
