Blues, boogie and ballad music will be performed by the Raging Sun at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Civic Center. The free event is part of the city-sponsored summer concert series at the Sunken Gardens area of the Civic Center on Thursday nights. Attendees are encouraged to bring beach chairs, blankets and a picnic dinner. Nonprofit groups will sell food. Information: (714) 898-3311.
