The city and area water districts are sponsoring a free low-flush toilet giveaway from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Brea Community Center parking lot, 695 E. Madison Way. Residents will be able to pick up new water-saving toilets and will be asked to return their used toilets for recycling. To participate, residents must bring a current water bill and photo ID.
