Authorities Seek Public’s Help in Apprehending 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people sought on suspicion of violating probation violations or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Gabriela Alejandro, who also uses the last name Ortiz, 39, failed to appear in court on a charge of possessing a controlled substance, officials said. She last lived in the 4800 block of Bradfield Street in Oxnard.

Alejandro is Latina, 5 feet 3, 130 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Her tattoos include “Ortiz” on her left ankle, a heart on her left wrist and a rose on her left shoulder.

Daniel Provencio, who also uses the name Danny Garza, 23, failed to appear in court on charges of transporting and being under the influence of a controlled substance, officials said. He last lived on Canterbury Way in Oxnard.

Provencio is Latino, 5 feet 5, 130 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. His tattoos include “East” on his right arm, “Side” on his left arm and “Coch” on his stomach.

Guillermo Gonzalez, who also uses the last name Delatore, 22, allegedly violated his probation after being convicted of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.

Gonzalez, whom authorities say is a known gang member, is a transient who last lived in the Thousand Oaks area and last worked for a Newbury Park electric company. He is Latino, 5 feet 5, 160 pounds and has brown eyes and a shaved head.

His tattoos include “TOCAS” in block letters on his neck, three dots on the web of his right hand and a cross and burn mark on his right middle finger. His left eyebrow is pierced.

William Addison Leiker, who also uses the name Will Gunderson and the last name Lahey, 48, failed to appear in court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and violating probation, officials said. He is a transient in the Ventura area.

Leiker is white, 5 feet 10, 180 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He has a flying lion tattooed on his right shoulder.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 385-8255 or 494-8255. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
