FULLERTON
Fifty of Cal State Fullerton’s most recent graduates will be heading to medical schools this fall, officials announced Tuesday.
The June graduates, consisting of those recommended to graduate schools by the university’s Health Professional Committee, will continue their studies to pursue careers in medicine, dentistry, optometry and other fields.
In the past 22 years, 85% of the students recommended by the committee have become medical professionals.
